The Newly Qualified Teacher Programme is a series of sessions delivered by practitioners from across the MTSA. The sessions will give delegates the opportunity to access specialist skills and knowledge from across the alliance to enable them to reflect on their own practice as well as network with other colleagues in the same stage of their career. Sessions are split into primary and secondary cohorts when required.  The sessions can act as effective additional CPD to that provided by in-school and Local Authority programmes.
