The Early Careers Teacher Programme is aimed at teachers who have recently completed their NQT training year. The programme is focused on continuing to improve teacher practice with the theme of workload and sustainability running through each session.  The sessions will be delivered by practitioners from across the MTSA and runs as a two-year course with 3 sessions per year. The sessions will give delegates the opportunity to access specialist skills and knowledge from across the alliance to enable them to continue to develop their own teaching practice as well as network with other colleagues in the same stage of their career. Sessions are split into primary and secondary cohorts when required.  The final session in year 2 will provide an opportunity for participants to share their own good practice and reflect upon workload and wellbeing as a result of the course.
