Mindfulness for Adults .b Foundations Eight Week Course
The weekday after school course is taught over eight 1.5 hour sessions weekly. You will learn several key mindfulness practices and have the chance to discuss these and your experience of them in the group. The training is based on the core mindfulness principles found within the course book Mindfulness, finding peace in a frantic world by Professor Mark Williams and Danny Penman. The cost of the course includes a copy of this book.
