Aimed at aspiring senior leaders or those new to senior leadership, this programme is delivered by current senior leaders across the MTSA with sessions exploring the skills and knowledge required to be a successful senior leader. Sessions are split into primary and secondary cohorts when required. The programme can act as an effective precursor to NPQSL. The last session will be a celebration event where each delegate will have the opportunity to share their school-based strategic leadership project.

Sessions will be held virtually until face to face can resume. Calendar links will be shared in advance of each session.
