An invaluable session for NQTs and trainees in all capacities, as well as an excellent refresher for more experienced colleagues.

Andy helps to break down the issues we face in the classroom into simple manageable steps, and offers a variety of straightforward and practical solutions to even the most challenging of issues and classroom contexts.  He encourages teachers to think about their interactions with students, and how these can be adapted through simple tweaks to help foster a purposeful and positive working relationship.

Essentially, Andy also considers the issue of teacher resilience, and how the demands of an often challenging role can be faced positively and excellent outcomes can be secured whilst still preserving your own sanity
