This programme teaches and explores competencies of a third generation of coaching that has creativity at its core: How do you create the intentions that you most want? How do you create a successful and meaningful work life balance? How do you create great personal relationships?  How do you create a great relationship with yourself—your body, your past, your future, your wounds, and your gifts?  This coaching process supports you in successfully achieving these things!

The generative coaching programme starts with an introductory two hour workshop that explores a basic 6 step process, there will be a coaching demonstration and opportunities for participants to begin practice.

Following the initial workshop there will be five further workshops, of 1.5 hours each, that build the skills and processes that support the intentions of those taking part.  An integral part of the programme will be the development of practices that support each of us on our journeys.  I look forward to working and learning with you and exploring what emerges!  Nigel Partridge-Dyer, Programme Lead
