Welcome to the MTSA
All children deserve an outstanding education and all teachers deserve outstanding professional development.
Our aim is to improve the outcomes and life chances of young people in Medway schools.
Our role is to create a culture of learning in which school leaders and teachers collaborate to share expertise, tackle challenges together and realise their aspirations for themselves and for their pupils.
We are ambitious in our plans for continuous improvement and committed to a belief in the power of collaboration between schools.
What we do, and how we work, is informed by a set of values and beliefs shared across the alliance.
To find out more about what we do and the values and beliefs that underpin our work, take a tour around our philosophy wheel.
