Supported Self Review

A facilitated self-review to support governing bodies in evaluating their strengths and areas for development.

The current Ofsted inspection framework places a new emphasis on the quality of governance. The Supported Self-Review is led by NLGs and experienced governors who use the framework developed by the National College for Teaching and Learning to support governors in evaluating their strengths and areas for development in relation to the 9 key questions considered by Ofsted.

As a result of the self-review, governors will be able to draw up and implement a clear action plan based on robust self-evaluation.

Cost: Between £400 and £1200 depending on the scale and scope for the review.
