Leadership Development

MTSA offers a range of leadership development programmes and opportunities. Our ambition is to ensure that all staff, whatever their role in school, can identify and access leadership development that is appropriate to their current role and which helps them to move forward in their career.

MTSA is proud to be a partner in Leadership Learning South East (www.llse.org.uk), one of only 5 organisations in the south-east licensed by the National College for Teaching and Leadership to deliver the nationally-recognised and accredited suite of National Professional Qualifications for school leadership (NPQML, NPQSL and NPQH). Through our partnership with CCCU, the majority of programmes listed below offer the opportunity to gain credits towards a Masters qualification.

To support teachers in their selecting the most appropriate leadership development we have developed a set of competency frameworks which can be used in performance management discussions to identify priority areas for development.
