TOTAL

Transformation of Teaching and Learning (TOTAL) is an action research programme developed in partnership with CCCU. Teachers and other staff from schools identify a theme for individual or group action research projects that impact on improvement in their schools and on their own professional development.

Participants benefit from external speakers who inspire them to lead change in school, take part in workshops to develop methodologies and tools for action research and support each other as they develop their projects.

The programme concludes with a conference to share the learning from the projects. Participants can select to write-up their research in order to gain up to 30 Masters-level credits.

The programme ran successfully in 2012/13 and will run again in 2013/14 with a number of the programme’s graduates offering mentoring to the new group. View TOTAL courses.
